This is a major aspect of the practice as our Managing Partner is principally a Barrister, and as such, we undertake all types of civil and commercial litigation. We are also able to advise business and institutional clients about contentious and potentially contentious matters. We are able to represent clients in civil and commercial proceedings and arbitrations.

Our aim is to give rapid and practical advice, and where relevant, to anticipate and minimize disputes through drafting and negotiating skills.

Commercial and civil disputes often require urgent action. As a result, we are regularly involved in applications for injunctions, or to set aside injunctions, seizure of documents, orders freezing assets, and other expedited remedies.
